MAP
- Provinces have been subdivided into multiple regions (work in progress).
- Integrated new high-quality terrain.
- Added shadow support on the map.
- Over 1,000 cities have been added.
- Implemented a visual weather system (Rain, Snow, Storms, and Weather Disasters).
- Added color variations to border lines.
- Introduced aerial provinces (visible in aerial layer).
- Initiated experimental visual railway system for USA and Egypt.
- Distributed resources & facilities across provinces.
- Added more than 5,000 airports and seaports based on real-world coordinates.
- Removed province names from the map.
- Integrated several buildings and landmarks in select cities.
Economy
- Integrated all resource prices.
- Added more than 30,000 power plants.
- Facilities for resource extraction can now be built from the province panel.
- Restructured the energy sector to allow production via power plants.
Countries
- New countries added: South Africa, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Ireland, Jordan, Lebanon, New Zealand, Sudan, Bulgaria, Bahrain, Chad, Nigeria, Albania, Hungary, Switzerland.
Military
- Introduced 'World Tension' attribute for more realistic war simulations.
- Added helicopters.
- Players can now buy/sell unit licenses from other countries.
- Integrated ICBMs.
- Implemented ICBM Launcher for auto-targeting countries and missile testing in open seas.
- Battles now occur on regions instead of provinces.
- Provinces can be annexed only after controlling all regional provinces.
- Defense systems now include a range attribute.
- Updated design for defense systems (radar-style).
- Land unit movements have been made smoother.
- Updated jet movements.
- Restructured aerial warfare through missions and campaigns.
